The Buyer has the right to cancel the Goods within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Goods by sending the Seller a letter of refusal. The Seller sends the letter of withdrawal to the Buyer by e-mail at the request of the Buyer.
The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the refusal letter. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
The buyer can not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- ordered goods can not, by their nature, be returned, or they are perishable or can be quickly used;
- ordered goods are made directly to the Buyer on an individual order;
- the buyer has opened an audio or video record or a computer program package.
Section 12, Paragraph six of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal”. The seller reserves the right to the buyer to refuse to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a refund in case of damage to the product, during the use of the product does not want to consider the product or disregard instructions for instructions if the product has lost its original packaging or if its packaging is seriously damaged.
