The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the Internet shop must specify the terms of delivery and return of the goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (the Cabinet of Ministers).


This seller of the goods offered in this Internet store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person who makes the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, concludes the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the Goods to the Buyer, in accordance with the Buyer’s order.


The buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product via the Internet, using the payment tools or paying the buyer’s prepared invoice and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The bill is electronically prepared and is valid without signatures.

The seller assures delivery of goods within 30 days after the payment for the goods, delivery time in agreement with the Buyer.



The Buyer has the right to cancel the Goods within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Goods by sending the Seller a letter of refusal. The Seller sends the letter of withdrawal to the Buyer by e-mail at the request of the Buyer.

The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the refusal letter. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The buyer can not exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • ordered goods can not, by their nature, be returned, or they are perishable or can be quickly used;
  • ordered goods are made directly to the Buyer on an individual order;
  • the buyer has opened an audio or video record or a computer program package.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal”. The seller reserves the right to the buyer to refuse to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a refund in case of damage to the product, during the use of the product does not want to consider the product or disregard instructions for instructions if the product has lost its original packaging or if its packaging is seriously damaged.


By entering the necessary information upon making an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the buyer’s order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that the notices related to the processing of the buyer’s order will be issued to the indicated e-mail.
